What is TheImpactStylist™?
The Impact Stylist is a social enterprise that offers subscription-based personal styling with preloved and sustainably made clothing. You can choose to receive preloved clothes, brand new sustainably made clothes, or a combination of both.
5% of the proceeds will be donated to a cause that is close to your heart.
How many items are there in a box?
Three to five, depending on your budget.
How much does it cost?
Our monthly styling fee is $39. Before every shipment, we will make an authorised charge of the total actual cost of the items to your account - this will be within the range you have indicated in your personal styling quiz.
You keep what you like and return the rest. You only pay for what you keep and you will be credited $14 if you keep everything.
How much does shipping cost?
Shipping is free.
How long does shipping take?
2-3 business days within Metro areas. 3-5 business days for other Australian locations.
What happens if I don’t like the items I receive?
You can simply send what you don’t like back to us and you only need to pay for what you keep. Please note we might not get it right the first time but as we learn more about you, we will be able pick the items that suit you best.

How long do I have to return something?
You have 3 days to try and decide. If you wish to request a return, please do so within 3 days of receiving your order.
How do I return the items?
You can request a return here. Once we have received your request, we will send you a free postage label. A courier will collect the package from you within 24-48 hours.
How can I cancel my subscription?
We’d be sad to see you go but if you do choose to, simply log in to your account and cancel your subscription.
For donors
How do I donate my clothes?
If you would like to donate your clothes, simply submit the details and photos of the items here.
Do I have to pay for shipping?
No. Once you have submit the details to us, we will create a free postage label for you. Just pop the items in a satchel and stick the label on. A courier will collect the package from you within 24-48 hours.
